The Bermuda Jam Factory is a Bermudian business venture started by two high school teachers specializing in a line of gourmet hot pepper Jams known as Gombey Pepper Jam.
 
Their ramped up pepper jams are all natural, low sugar jams with no preservatives. Using only high quality premium fresh produce, this award-winning product line provides a taste of Bermuda that highlights the Islands British-Caribbean roots. A fusion between English-Style preserves and Caribbean pepper sauces.
