Red Hot Foods

Based in Santa Paula, California, in the heart of the Heritage Valley (an agricultural valley nestled along the banks of the free-flowing Santa Clara River in Southern California's Ventura County), Red Hot Foods is a boutique cannery that specializes in fiery hot food products. 
 
Best known for their flavorful salsas, their products are a mainstay at the annual Oxnard Salsa Festival. Recently they have become known for being instrumental in bringing the Bhut Jolokia (aka Ghost Pepper) to Ventura County, harvesting thousands of pounds of the fresh pepper in the first season of growing them.
