Shipping: We do our best to ship your order within one business day, two days maximum. The shipping charges shown with the shipping options are directly passed on to you the customer, Enjoy the Flavor does not markup shipping charges.
 
Returns: We have a "No Refunds" policy. Please contact us prior to sending any product back. We will do our best to resolve any issues that you may have with an order. When contacting us, please include your Order # and reason for the issue. For damages in shipping please send a picture of the package as it arrived and save the packaging until the issue is resolved. Send this information via email to john@enjoytheflavor.com.
