GANBARE NIPPON!!!

UPDATE: Although life in Japan is getting back to “normal,” things are still shaking there and there is continued need for our help. So we are going to continue our donations for another 3 months, to the Autumnal Equinox on Sept 23rd. Here are some amazing Then and Now photos on The Big Picture.

The March 11th 9.0-magnitude and subsequent tsunami in Japan was devastating and our thoughts are with our family and friends in Japan. To help with relief efforts, for the next 3 months we will donate 20% of our sales to the Red Cross.

Starting on March 20th, Vernal Equinox Day, and going through to June 21st, 20% of online sales will be donated to the American Red Cross, for relief efforts in Japan.

This is particularly close to us, because we have family in Hachioji (west of Tokyo city). Thanks to all those who inquired about their safety and we are relived to say that everyone is safe, although they were scared and could tell it wasn’t a normal quake.
