We first discovered Dried and True at an artisan producer food event in Los Angeles and thought they had very flavorful stuff. We felt that theirs was the best jerky at the event... maybe because of the quality of the ingredients, but we also think because of the love that they were putting into the product.

When I founded Dried and True with my wife, Rachel, in 2012, I wanted to make beef jerky that would change people's perception of what jerky should taste like. Tired of flavorless, tough "gas station jerky", I started in my home kitchen with a single dehydrator using high quality, fresh ingredients to create the best tasting jerky possible, free of chemical preservatives, nitrates/nitrites, and artificial ingredients.Today Dried and True is bringing back the simple art of jerky. Protein-packed and bursting with flavor, we handcraft all of our jerky in small batches locally in Los Angeles.
